Hi Diane, sorry for the delay..... been traveling, than class reunion !!!

So..... I don't have my own blend, but I've tried a bunch and I tend to like the dry package by McCormick. Total grocery store brand, numbers are good and it's so easy. For taco sauce I like the LaVictoria brand.

Here is a taco salad I made last night. Daisy sour cream comes in a tube now !
