How long after surgery did it take you to make your goal weight?

I hit my surgeon's goal weight 235 (-130lbs) at 10 moths.

I hit MY goal weight of 205 (-170lbs) at 18 months. :-)

Sounds like you will get there before you know it. I think many of us seem to get to goal somewhere between 12-18 months out (It took me 17 months). Of course the more important part of this is keeping it off. Focus on that. Learn healthy habits now. We are never "cured" and can never go back to our old bad behaviors.

I got to my goal weight in 9 months. (Lost 120)

then I had plastic surgery (circumferential trunk lift with tummy tuck) and I lost another 10. I've been maintaining my 130 lost for the past 6 months.

I had a bunch to lose; still losing. I threw out a goal weight that I hit, but have revised it again. 

HW: 450
SW: 428 9/26/14
Reached 'normal' BMI (24.9) with a weight of 199.9: 2/5/2016

im 5'3 and have 100 pounds to lose for my doctors goal weight and 140 pounds to lose for my goal weight if i lose more then my goal ill be happy but i dont know if it will happen. all i know is i want to be in a normal bmi and for me that is 130-140
