I'm still trying to get back on track and lose some weight.  Yesterday I blew it at lunch going to a new restaurant that didn't have any sleeve-friendly choices.  sigh.  Over the weekend there was a birthday and a barbeque.  I'm a little worried that I'm getting off track too often.

but today I've been good, and I'm cooking lots of good things to keep me on track.  I made chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes - yum.  and Harvest chicken.  Tomorrow I'll make crack slaw and crustless cheeseburger quiche. 

breakfast - salmon

Lunch - pesto chicken -  finishing up the leftovers

dinner - beef stroganoff -  finishing up the leftovers

snack - broccoli slaw

water - good

vitamins - on track

exercise - not good

It's been tough to stay on track lately - I am up 2 lbs, which is still 2 lbs under my goal, but it's a slippery slope

B:  oatmeal (old fashioned) with sliced almonds

S:  smartfood (small vendor bag)

L:  at Wegmans...mishmash - 2 shrimp (small), braised beef and guac from mex section, and quinoa

D:  daughter is making enchiladas

S:  chobani pumpkin!!!!  ahhhh

E:  some walking

L:  yes, good

V:  only B12

Good day today, full of learning! 

B: iced coffee, cheese omelette with turkey sausage

S: cheese stick, dannon light n fit cherry yogurt

L: small bag of popcorn, small salad with hard boiled egg, cheese, chick peas, and chicken

D: maybe boneless chicken with roasted veggie?

B: Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt - peach

L: 1/2 C 1% cottage cheese and 1/2 C pineapple

D: 2.3 oz. grilled chicken with fajita seasoning, 1/2 grilled onions and green peppers (tossed with olive oil)

S: Syntrax Matirx Mint Cookie power and Diet Swiss Miss mixed together to make a yummy mint hot cocoa, Fit Frappe Chai protein drink

Vit: on track

Water: did pretty good today

Exercise: 70 minutes walking (a little over 4 miles)



5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!
