I'm still trying to get back on track and lose some weight. Yesterday I blew it at lunch going to a new restaurant that didn't have any sleeve-friendly choices. sigh. Over the weekend there was a birthday and a barbeque. I'm a little worried that I'm getting off track too often.
but today I've been good, and I'm cooking lots of good things to keep me on track. I made chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes - yum. and Harvest chicken. Tomorrow I'll make crack slaw and crustless cheeseburger quiche.

dinner - beef stroganoff - finishing up the leftovers

It's been tough to stay on track lately - I am up 2 lbs, which is still 2 lbs under my goal, but it's a slippery slope

L: 1/2 C 1% cottage cheese and 1/2 C pineapple
D: 2.3 oz. grilled chicken with fajita seasoning, 1/2 grilled onions and green peppers (tossed with olive oil)
S: Syntrax Matirx Mint Cookie power and Diet Swiss Miss mixed together to make a yummy mint hot cocoa, Fit Frappe Chai protein drink
Vit: on track
Water: did pretty good today
Exercise: 70 minutes walking (a little over 4 miles)
