The scale just keep stopping/ Slow weight loss
So...... I had surgery on March 25th and weighed 235 today I am 190. I think I am losing so slowly and sometimes I am fine with it and sometimes I am like I did have half of my tummy removed right. I still eat small portions and I still get full fast, I know I may snack sometime but I am still on track. Today I did say SELF you have to drink more water. Anyone else feel as though they are losing slowly.
You are doing great! I had VSG on March 30, SW 234 current weight 183. My goal is to lose 100 lbs (from my consultation weight of 260) by March 30, 2016. I got 23 to go. Just stay focused.....
I don't think it's good to compare yourself to anyone else. What does your surgeon say? Are you still going for follow up appointments? If you're following your plan and not filling up with sugary stuff, then stay the course. Yes, drinking enough water is always needed. You can do this!
What, exactly, are you eating every day? Share your menus with us so we can troubleshoot.
Are you tracking and weighing everything you eat, including your snacks?

Sounds like you are doing just fine, being that you are at a lower starting weight. It's hard not to compare to others, but it's worth trying. I always say to myself "Hey! You may not be losing as fast as other people but maybe that'll help with loose skin and other side effects."
Like another poster said, if you provide us with some info about what you eat, people can help and steer you in the right direction, if needed.
Don't give up! You can do it!!
