Net carbs right?

Don't eat ANY protein bars. They're all highly processed and filled with chemicals. Even a genuine low-carb protein bar is still too full of junk to be healthy. Eat high-quality protein with a bit of raw or cooked fresh vegetables for dessert. It doesn't have to be a big cooking production. For example, I had a scrambled egg with a bit of microwaved sweet potato for breakfast. Took less than 10 minutes to make.
