I'm officially a college student.  It's super challenging so far, but I think I'm getting the hang of it.  Lots of time management and planning and reading.  One of my classes is Nutrition and Weight Management which seems like it'll be the most enjoyable class of the bunch :D  Not a lot of time for OH right now.

1: frankenshake
2: leftover quiche
3: concoction.. I put leftover fajita veggies, enchilada sauce, and black beans in the slow cooker.  I'll add sour cream and cheese at the end.  I'll serve this over baked chicken breasts and thighs.  The guys get rice too.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain)

How about you?

Hi, Gwen! Let us know what nuggets of useful information you find out in your nutrition and weight-management class. Hubs is sick, so we didn't grill anything.

B: Egg, MWed sweet potato

L: Sardines, snow peas

D: Pear, chai made with Splenda and low-fat almond milk. (The chai is not something I have every day, just when I need to scratch that "sweets" itch.)
