Whatcha Eating Today - Monday
I'm also trying to get back on plan. I've been back from vacation for 2 weeks, and I'm maintaining, but haven't had the umph to push a little harder to lose the weight I gained. I hope this will be the week!
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - Mongolian meatballs - yum
Lunch2 - crustless mushroom quiche
dinner - greek chicken with kalamata olives - I've got to cook today!

water - ok
exercise - recumbent bike...

I'm getting back on plan too! We're going on vacation in a month and I would like to have a weight gain cushion. So my goal is to lose at least 5 lbs before we leave so if I gain that 5 pounds while we're gone, I'll still be happy where I'm at. My goals for the month are to limit myself to something sugary not more than once a week, eliminate the afternoon and/or bedtime snack, and exercise at least twice a week. So far so good.
B: garlic mozzarella chicken sausage with a little more mozzarella melted on the top
L: leftover ribeye steak, two bites of baby Yukon gold potatoes (which are AWESOME) and 2 grilled jalapeno poppers (I harvested a whole bunch of jalapenos out of my garden yesterday so we'll be eating a lot of those for a while!)
D: pot roast, a couple bites of potatoes, maybe half a corn on the cob
Water: Doing great! I was already at 50 ounces by 11:20 (lunch time)
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: long walk today
