I'm looking forward to the long weekend! Yay!

B: chicken sausage with cheese

S: 3 small sausage links and a small square of lemon crumb cake. (I have no willpower some days.)

L: leftover Mexican pork in a green sauce

D: either a cheeseburger minus the bun or a burrito minus the tortilla

W: on track

V: on track

E: lots of walking

and not sure whats for dinner thinking a turkey burger patty. with romain lettuce. if not itll be chicken and lettuce

Hi all,

I'm still holding to the straight and narrow hoping to see some weight loss.  Its been slow...

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crustless mushroom quiche

Dinner - beef stroganoff

water - good

vitamins - on track

exercise - sigh...

I had such a stressful,  ****ty day at my new job. I wanted to just go home and lose myself in a tub of soft baked chocolate chip cookies...but I held off. I friggin ate like a pig. Mixture of real hunger and head hunger I'm sure. Ugh.

B: protein powder in iced coffee, cheese stick

S: dannon light n fit Greek yogurt

L: salad withTurkey, bacon, cheese, onion, chick peas

S: meat stick, cheese stick, handful of pretzel crisips 

D: taco salad
