What cha Eating today, VSGer's?
Hi,
I haven't started this in a long time, but I thought I'd jump in again. I'm trying to make use of my busy schedule to cut back to 3 meals a day and less calories so I can decrease the vacation weight gain. So far so good.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - left over cobb salad with chicken
Dinner - pulled pork and veggies
vitamins - like clockwork
water ok
exercise - still not in the groove. Maybe soon.
Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385, Surgery Weight 333, Current Weight 160. At GOAL!

D: Japanese hot pot (chicken, mushrooms, bok choy, snow peas in a soy-based broth)
S: Wedge cantaloupe, black coffee w/vitamin gummies

E: Still have sinusitis -- this bug is in love with me. It doesn't want to leave. Hey, germs! Get the heck out or I'll get a restraining order! (and that's why they call me psychoticparrot)

I have a horrible headache today. I'm wondering if it is from carb withdrawal because I was eating popcorn a lot and I've cut that out in my effort to give myself a weight cushion before we go on vacation. I did well yesterday, except I did have a snack and I'm trying not to do that. At least it was a good snack, a cheese stick, a few crackers and some nuts.
B: scrambled egg, 1.5 ounces beef, cheese and 2 jalapenos
L: steak and roasted potatoes
D: jalapeno popper chicken casserole (a recipe my mom and I made up that she is making for the first time tonight for a club we belong to. I'm excited to try it!)

Breakfast - Syntrax Nectar Chocolate truffle with Kroger Carbmaster Milk
Lunch - 1 cup of carbmaster yogurt
Dinner - Pureed Chicken Breast - 4 oz.
As a snack, I'll have a light mozzarella cheese stick every once in a while. I drink plenty and use concentrated sucralose to avoid hidden carbs.
B: Danon peach Greek yogurt
L: 1/2 C cottage cheese and 1/2 C pineapple
D: 2.2 oz. grilled chicken breast and 1/2 C broccoli
S: syntrax chocolate truffle with diet swiss miss hot cocoa, Fit Frape chai protein drink, 2 small dark chocolate squares, 1 1/4 C wartermelon
E: 45 min treadmill, 10 min recumbent stepper, 20 minute walk outside
W: a bit behind
V: okay - been missing at least one dose daily due to having to take antibiotic and not being able to take within 2 hours of having iron or calcium - tomorrow last day of that.
