Starvation...so that's a thing...
I will be six weeks out tomorrow. For the first month or so I got in most of my water and protein every day. Was just about hitting 64 oz of liquid a day a few weeks ago...and then...
All of a sudden I feel extremely full. I will have a few bites or a few sips of something and feel like I have had three rounds of Thanksgiving dinner. So I stop eating until the feeling goes away...which is usually 4 or 5 hours and the process starts again.
I have been taking all of my vitamins like I should, but I'm at the point where I had two popsicles and about 8 oz of water yesterday and was full and nauseous the rest of the day. And ironically, I'm not losing weight.
ANY ideas to help get me over this phase would be great...
Could something be wrong?
I would recommend calling your surgeon. I had something similar happen around 3 months and had to take an anti-spasmodic for 10 days to calm my stomach down.
