I've been waiting for this weekend since last weekend. I'm glad it's finally here. My plan for today is to catch up on the DVR, since I'm exciting that way.
1: frankenshake
2: caprese salad
3: stir fried pork and green beans, rice for the guys
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga

I enjoyed my day at the beach by myself! It was such a perfect beach day. I packed myself a little cooler with powerade zero, diet root beer, and good food. Just relaxed and looked for seashells, took in the scenery.
B: syntrax dragonfruit protein shake, Colby Jack cheese stick
L: broccoli slaw with roasted veggies, feta, pepperoni
S: beef jerky
D: probably going to make some roasted pork loin with veggies
W: 90oz fluids so far
V: need my calcium!
