Protein Powder
on 8/27/15 4:58 pm - WI
Nothing wrong with Pure Protein it will work just fine, unless you are lactose intolerant. Pure Protein contains whey concentrate which contains lactose. If you develop lactose intolerance ( diarrhea, bloating, nausea after drinking your shakes) you might have to find a protein powder that is whey isolate only (not mixed with whey concentrate). It is 99% lactose free.
If you like it, and it's working for you, keep using it!
I was originally told to go with whey isolate as well, but that was a few years back. Could be a bit out of date perhap?
