Could be the lack of caffeine if you're early in the process.

I drink a cup of coffee a day. I don't know what's going on

Dehydration will be the problem. Try for another 16-32 oz of water

I was having horrible headaches starting about a month after surgery and continuing the next several weeks. My nutritionist and I finally worked out that my body was no longer accepting any high protein shakes. I stopped using powders or any shakes, and my headaches cleared up.

Start with making sure you are getting plenty of water. Dehydration is the most common reason for headaches. But, if that's not the issue, it could be dietary. Hope you get it figured out soon!
