I'm 10 weeks post surgery and have dropped 35 lbs., however for the last two weeks I have not loss or gain any weight.  What could be my problem?

Stalls happen!  If you are following your program to the letter, the weight loss will start again.

If you are NOT following your program, you need to rethink things and figure out why you are self-sabotaging.

The only problem is that you've not learned about stalls yet.  My trick was to try on new clothes every time my weight loss stopped.  I found that I had always dropped a size or three.  Instead of dread when it happened, I looked forward to it.
