I just wanted to take the time to say Thank you! !! I have learned so much while on this journey. Every kind word of encouragement and every little shake of a finger (when needed) has gotten this far.  I look forward to all of the above as I reach my goal with the final 40lbs.

Only forty more pounds to go! Good for you! Remember that when you reach goal, any problems you have had during weight loss will not automatically go away. So stick around for more good advice from those who have already reached maintenance. It seems to come with a set of slightly different problems than the weight-loss phase. Always plenty to learn!

Good luck and congrats on your progress.
