getting back on track

I now know why I eat the way I do.  when I eat protein and veggies I get this full feeling that i hate after about 5 to 7 bites. Its uncomfortable to me. But when I eat chip and junk it doesnt give me that feeling and i hate that feeling  but I see why I was choosing the way I was.
