Just Keep Swimming

The scale is moving very slowly now, but it's still moving. I do almost the same thing almost every day.
Vitamins, Quest bar for breakfast. Half an hour later I start drinking... 24 oz. grape Propel for the drive to work. I refill it at work and add Propel powder and I have decaf coffee.
I either have a Tuna Creations packet on top of a half of a red, orange or yellow sweet pepper or with tomatoes. Then I go for a walk. A half an hour layer, I start drinking again.
3:00 Greek yogurt for a snack.
Dinner varies but is almost always chicken or meat with a little bit of veggies. I have fruit, another yogurt, no sugar added fudgsicles, sugar free jello later for dessert.
More vitamins and a good night's sleep.
I try to get 10,000 steps a day but am happy with 7,500 until I can get back to the gym.
Just keep swimming and the weight will drop.
