Burping and uncomfortable painful feeling
hi all today i finished my pureed stage and i started eating regular food. When i eat more than 1 oz of protein i start feeling as if there is something stuck in my stomach i tries fish today and it felt terrible. I tryed white solid cheese also the same. When i stop eating i feel that i need to burp and i burp a lot. Any idea why this is happening or how to eat. I am feeling terrrible. Thankss
I would try eating slower and eating less in one sitting. You will gradually be able to eat more, but it isn't a race to try to cram it all in now. So just relax and eat a bit less and slower and see if that helps.
It sounds like you're eating too fast!

Try eating slower. Tiny bites...chew, chew, chew.

You may not be chewing enough. Chew each small bite at least 20 times before swallowing and wait 1 minute before taking the next small bite. If the piece is too big it can cause pain as can eating too fast.

Try eating slower and really pay attention to your chewing and swallowing. Does your mouth open at all when you do this? Are you unconsciously sucking in a lot of air? Those things can cause a lot of excess air to get swallowed along with the food and will be super uncomfortable.
If those aren't issues then you may just have to backtrack a bit on what you're eating and not advance your diet for another week or so. It happens...not everyone's sleeve is ready for solid food at the same time. Listen to your body and don't pu****
