This morning I had to order new sports bras! Mine have started to get... dimply.  If you know what I mean. Loss of boob mass.  I was happy that Brooks/Moving Comfort is having a sale!  So I ordered 5.  I'm tired of sports bras being the limiter on clean laundry.  

1: frankenshake
2: I haven't decided yet - maybe eggs.  Not a lot of options in the fridge at the moment.  
3: cobb salad sans lettuce

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain, 30 min intermediate stretches for runners), 75 minutes yoga (kundalini chakra immersion and meditation class)

"loss of boob mass" -- Sounds like a medical condition. I love it!

Bronchitis is starting to let up. Feeling a little better today:

B: Banana

L: Scrambled egg with cheese over small piece of potato, 3 plums

D: Cup Maryland crab soup

W&V: On track

E: Napping. In my dreams, I'm very active.
