You need to start tracking your protein and liquid intake. You can use something like MyFitnessPal to do this if you don't know another way.
As for liquids, sip all day. Set a timer to go off every 15 minutes and make it your job.

Your body needs 64oz of fluids daily and everything wet counts. If your protein shakes, soup and apple juice aren't equalling 64oz, then you need more fluids. Main symptoms of dehydration are fatigue and nausea. Kidney stones come later.
