i dont know how much protien i am taking. i am eating 2 times 3 oz of greek yogurt and 2 times 3 oz of lentil soup and 1 egg. regarding the water and liquid no i am not taking 64 oz. i cant i dont know how you can take all these liquids. may god help me. thank you all for your help

You need to start tracking your protein and liquid intake. You can use something like MyFitnessPal to do this if you don't know another way.  

As for liquids, sip all day.  Set a timer to go off every 15 minutes and make it your job.

I was dehydrated in the first month or so and felt very weak, nauseous and generally like crap.  I would suggest more water in-take rather than the juice.

Your body needs 64oz of fluids daily and everything wet counts.  If your protein shakes, soup and apple juice aren't equalling 64oz, then you need more fluids.  Main symptoms of dehydration are fatigue and nausea.  Kidney stones come later.
