High Blood Pressure numbers

Has anyone experienced high blood pressure numbers even after VSG?

VSG on 07/24/14

Yes, I did before, but not after. Last time I had my blood pressure taken, the nurse asked me if it was always this low.

My BP meds were the first to go away after my surgery.

I have kidney disease with causes me to have very high blood pressure, so even after VSG I am on 6 BP meds. Pretty much everyone else I talk to has great BP now. Hope yours comes down for you.

Yes, my highest unmedicated reading was 147/95, but that's likely because I've only lost 25% of my excess weight. The sleeve in and of itself is not what lowers blood pressure. It's getting the weight of.

VSG on 05/01/13

My BP resolved itself immediately however after 2 yrs I'm high again..

It could be from a regain I'm battling right now

but my Drs are fairly certain it's because I'm starting MENOPAUSE

OH JOY!!!!!
