Free time - time to do whatever I want with no worries that I'm not getting something done!
Going to the movies
Going out to dinner/coffee/the park/with Ron or friends (or both). (The food is not the reward. The experience and time to interact with another adult is what dining out is all about for me now!
When I'm particularly pleased about something I've done, I will go get a pedicure. I find a pedicure to be a completely self indulgent activity, but oh, so worth it. When I was MO, I HAD to get pedicures because I couldn't reach my feet without losing my breath and trying to reach down and actually trim/cut a nail was a site to behold. I didn't like pedicures so much back then. Now, I don't let that get n my way.
