It seems to have gotten worse for me, or maybe its because I am paying more attention to how much I eat, but I feellike a bottomless pit the week before!!

Try pork rinds. Crunchy & salty without carbs & 9 gr of protein (80 cal) for approx 9 pcs.

I never considered pork rinds! I loved them pre-surgery, I wonder if I will be able to eat them comfortably now post op.  Hmmm definitely worth the try!!!!

I never had or even considered having them before I had started reading that other people on this site were eating them. I mentioned them to my nut & her comment was that I was now becoming a true Southerner and they were ok. I like having them at night when I'm looking for something that's salty & crunchy.

I've never had a pork rind in my entire life.  They both scare me and fascinate me.  What do they taste like?

They are fluffy crunchy and flavorful. They do have a bit of a meat taste. Worth a try.

Delicious, delicious pillows of salty fatty goodness.  That's what they taste like, Gwen... :)
