Please help. three weeks out sleevers and how much are you eating?
You must figure out a way to keep yourself hydrated. Try crystal light in various flavors. Try hot tea, hot broth, warm tea, warm water, room temperature liquids, super cold liquids. Experiment until you find something that works for you - otherwise you'll put yourself back in the hospital due to dehydration. This is a serious thing, I'm not trying to be alarmist.

I drank a lot of water before my surgery but find it doesn't sit great in my new tummy. I have fallen in love with Bai 5 flavored beverages. They do not have the nasty diet taste and are not sickeningly sweet . I have tried most of the flavors( Mango, Dragonfruit, Lemonade, Blueberry, Tea with Lemon, Pear and some other flavors)...But, I love, love, love the Peach and the Clementine. One drawback, it does have around 10 calories and 20 carbs per bottle, but I can get fluids in pretty easy so it is a trade off for now.

I'm 4 weeks out tomorrow and that's about all I can take in. I can do water at room temperature but when I couldn't flavored decaf hot tea was how I got my liquid in. Sometimes the chocolate bariatric protein is to heavy for me to even have two in day. I have been using syntrax nectar protein to meet my protein requirements some days.
