Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday
Wow, was I on carb overload yesterday. :( Stupid hormones really effect me. Today is a new day and I'm going to be a great eater. I found an awesome recipe for cilantro chicken that I'm going to make for dinner tonight.
B: yogurt and granola and a handful of roasted almonds
L: Hopefully brisket and a couple jalapeno poppers, but it depends on what my hubby wants for lunch
D: cilantro lime chicken
I'm going to refrain from the popcorn snacks that I couldn't resist yesterday.
Water: just getting started
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: nothing this morning because it was the first day of school and the morning was stressful. But, I'm hoping this afternoon to borrow my mom's bike and go for a real bike ride instead of one in my living room. :)

I met with the endocrinologist today and, while she doesn't have answers, she has a path and seems like she actually wants to help me figure my copper issue out. So I feel very good about that!

exercise: 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners) - my physical therapist wants me to do this stretching routine every day.

I had a day yesterday too! I just wanted and craved sweet stuff. I did give into a piece of biscotti! It happens to the best of us!
