I'm sure that everyone who veers from their diet and stops tracking experiences less restriction.  It's much easier to eat unhealthy foods in quantity than it is to eat dense proteins.

I have to agree with weighing everything I eat and weighing myself daily.  If I gain weight, it's no surprise.

i haven't had any big regains and I attribute that to my Monday night Weigh****chers meeting. I've missed very few meetings since 2010 unless I was traveling.  The scale helps keep me honest, as much as I hate to admit it.

I am 2.75 years out and for sure can eat far more than what I could early out. But, with that said I still have great restriction so long as I stick to dense proteins and green leafy veggie type stuff. When I add in slider foods it is just plain scary how much I can put down,and then even worse how much more I crave as a result. I would recommend being uber strict with dense protein and only veggies and a tad bit of fruit that is low on the glycemic index. Going back to protein shakes always helps me too. Any chance you are having acid issues that is part of the hunger issue? Perhaps try an acid reducer for a few days to see if there is a correlation. Finally, I know when I take steroids my eating quadruples so consider if there were any mediation changes that may be contributing. Good luck.
