I am 5 months post op. I was wondering if advocare spark is ok to drink. Once in a while there meal replacement shakes just for something different. Anyone know?

This just seems like crystal light with vitamins.

But their meal replacement shake is here -- http://www.advocare.com/products/images/pdf/T1251.pdf

I wouldn't use it, it's very high in carbs and the protein is a blend which doesn't suit my plan.

Way too high in carb in my opinion - I would never have used it during weight-loss mode.  There's a lot of other protein shakes out there that would be better than this.
