I know I have written of this before but am still looking for help.  I continue to be nauseated and was vomiting only once or twice a day until today when bile started coming up, Sorry tmi.  But this scared me a bit. I am running out of zofran which isn't staying down either.

I did call my surgeon and haven't heard back.   Any suggestions?

if you threw up "bile" it could have really been stomach acid. You might be having reflux which is common with the sleeve and causes nausea. Check with your surgeon asap.

I went to the er this morning and I am still nauseated but they calmed my stomach down and hydrated me. My surgeon is out of the country

There are many things it could be including a stricture but it is not normal to be throwing up like that. Please get into your doctor asap!
