I've sent the majority of my day at the hair salon.  Being blond is hard work!  

1: frankenshake
2: egg salad
3: za'atar chickenbell pepper salad

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

B:  1/2 Thomas' light english muffin with cottage cheese, sprinkle of cinnamon and thin slice of cheddar melted on top

L:  garden tomato - salt -mmm, mmmm, mmmm

S:  smart food popcorn

D  sausage, cucumber tomato

S:  maria cookies, watermelon

E:  hopefully a walk, i'm wrapping up my vacation time and feeling lazy

L: Shelly's ricotta bake (first one, YUMMY)

D: I think I'll have another ricotta bake.

E: going to an art festival today, lots of walking

I just started mushie food stage 4 days ago, so am very happy with my progress so far.

B- Cinnamon roll Quest bar

L- Tofu noodle bowl at Yankees Stadium.  I ate all the tofu and about half a cup of noodles

S- Popcorn at the Stadium

D- Parmesan crusted chicken breast

S- Light & Fit Greek yogurt

V- on track

W- ahead of schedule,  it was a hot, sunny day so we drank a lot of water easily.

D- half a ranch chicken burger patty - ground chicken, ham, jack cheese and ranch seasoning.

E - ran in the Color Run this morning, fun!
