2 month check up went great!

I went in for my 2 month and everything went very well.  Incisions healed beautifully & my labs looked great except for my Vitamin D levels were low.   I made huge improvements already in  my cholesterol levels and blood pressure. I'm down 29 lbs since the day I went in for surgery. I told the nurse that I have a lot of energy and feel great.  

She told me something that will stick with me as I try not to obsess over the scale, "the numbers are only a bonus in addition to being healthy and feeling great."  She is right!

Thanks for posting, that's awesome news and good advice. I haven't had surgery yet, but am looking forward to having more energy.

Yay good luck tomorrow!  It goes by so quickly.  I can't believe it's two months already.
