Thursday! My last week of freedom is quickly coming to an end.
1: frankenshake
2: protein shake
3: it's leftover night, so I'm not entirely sure yet. Maybe egg salad again!
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes physical therapy, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

Had my 2 month appointment this morning so it's going to be an on the go kinda day
1: Protein coffee shake
2: Half Size Strawberry Fields salad from Wendys
3: Either leftover meatballs in marinara sauce from last night or going out for dinner

exercise: getting in my 10k steps and arm day at the gym
B: yogurt and granola, a bite of my daughter's breakfast and 2 Ritz crackers
L: "Indian nachos" from the local casino. They are nachos served on waffle fries. I ate one fry and the meat and cheese. I also got some green chili on the side and at a few delicious bites of pork.
D: tonight I'm actually going to make cilantro lime chicken. I was planning on it last night, but I forgot about the chicken lasagna that was in the frig and needed to be eaten.

B- Cinnamon roll Quest bar and Kind bar (so hungry this morning/planning smaller lunch)
L- Ranch Tuna Creations packet with two small homegrown tomatoes
S- Toasted coconut vanilla Light & Fit Greek yogurt
D- Parmesan crusted chicken breast (first time trying this recipe, but it looks good and super easy – coat with mayo and parmesan cheese and bake) and a veggie
S- Maybe some mango or no-sugar added fudgsicle
E- Walking towards my 10,000 steps even in today’s heat and humidity, I went for my walk
