Frisco- Steak and Spinach Hot Salad
This was my dinner last night.....
I picked up some baby spinach with my mind set on spinach salad topped with left over filet mignon.
Well, things changed and I flipped it up.
Did a spinach sauté with bacon and mushrooms, slices cold steak topped with fried onions.
Was good !
