Anyone else experience very little weight loss after VSG surgery?

When people don't lose with the sleeve, it's most often due to noncompliance rather than mechanical failure. Another surgery won't fix that.

I can see why you'd be disappointed with those results. I would suggest going to a different surgeon and having them send you for a scan to see exactly what's going on in there. If your original surgeon messed up/didn't make your sleeve small/tight enough, you need to know that. But in the meantime, I have the same questions as those above - how many calories & carbs are you getting daily, and how much protein? Are you drinking enough water?
What, exactly, are you eating every day? Share a normal day's meals with us so we can troubleshoot.
Are you tracking everything you put in your mouth with something like MyFitnessPal? If you aren't, start there to see what adjustments you might need to make.
Also, schedule with your surgeon for an endoscopy to get your sleeve checked out to see if there's anything functionally wrong with it.

2 years seems like a long time, have you been following up with your labs & surgeon? Have you had complications? What are you eating? I don't mean to sound harsh but it just seems strange to wait so long to now start figuring out what went wrong. when you've lost very little weight to begin with.

I agree with the others. Follow up with your surgeon to make sure your sleeve is in working order and track your food. You have to take responsibility for how much you are eating.
