What do you think about your FIT BIT?
My husband and I both have the Fitbit One. So easy to use, clip it on our shirt collars or waistband of our pants. I like that you can press the button to see how many steps you've walked so using the app or computer application is optional, although we both use the application on our laptops. It's been a motivating force for both of us and he's 9 months post surgery and I'm 8 months post surgery. We're working hard to make these first 12 months post-op as productive as possible. I think having the Fitbit One has helped a lot.

I have a Garmin Vivoactive and love it. It's a GPS watch for running, swimming, walking, and biking as well as being an activity tracker. And it connects to my smartphone for SMS/phone and other notifications. Love it.

I have my Fitbit HR- measures Heart rate also. Very handy. It let me know when my stress is causing increased HR, really show me how much I sleep and the quality of my sleep. Shows me how active (or not I am ..)
The fitbit HR is also a watch and an alarm (reminds me to take my meds 3-4 times a day) and so on.. Useful little gadget.

i absolutely LOVE fitbit.... it really helped me step my activity up because i can actually see how many steps im getting in a day and how many calories im burning. it sets your daily default goal to 10,000 and its great to get into challenges with the friends that follow you on fitbit
I started out using it pretty regularly. But it now sits on my dresser and collects dust. I wish I had not spent the money on it as little as I used it

I had the fitbit one & loved that one, it had cute little sayings on it to get me going. I upgraded to the fitbit HR so that I could see my heart rate & be able to wear it on my wrist & I love that one too, actually it vibrates whenever I reach 10 thousand steps & I like that it tracks my sleep. I work shift work so its important to know how much sleep I'm really getting. I wear it every day.

I have the charge hr. Love it. I especially live that u can also track your calories in the app. Everything in one place. Did I say that I love it.
I love my fitbit! EXCEPT for when I sit on my butt all day and it tells me just that! I really expect to use the heck out of it when I am able to move more. It works with myfitness pal too, which if you aren't already using.. you should!

Hey Suzyq!
I work for AT&T Tech support. While I don't own a Fitbit, I can say that you can download free apps on your phone that can pretty much do everything a fitbit does. Android devices even have sleep apps. So I guess I'm in the "I wouldn't buy one bucket"
