Good morning everyone! I'm always on the look out for new food ideas and this post hasn't been happening every day. I miss it!

It's finally Friday! Not that this means much to my life, but it does for most people. So yay! Friday! I had physical therapy this morning and I'm getting ready to head out to lunch with my physical therapist. Since we're cool like that. :P Mental therapy was also productive yesterday - it's hard to call it "good" when I cried for most of the 50 minutes, eh?

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes pilates/yoga class, 60 minutes tai chi, 60 minutes physical therapy (aka, getting mauled) for right hip - ow

Hello!
I am almost 4 years out still dealing with regain but I will can have good days & bad days. Today, is a good or decent day :)
b: Starbucks iced vanilla coffee in a bottle (I am staying with my amazing hubby who is working outside the home)
L: cauliflower & Texas spicy hummus... 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
D: chicken thigh baked with seasoning & salad with Italian dressing
S: there will be a snack but not sure as of yet :)
water & vits: I'll get on it ASAP!
exercise? 😳 I know I've needed to get better this. Story of my life.
I still love my sleeve. It's changed my life!! I also am married to the man of my dreams!

I have bronchitis and asthma, so my day is one you don't want to copy. It's a good example of what NOT to do.

D: Chicken and sweet potato, but coughed so hard afterward I threw it back up.
