Last Pre-Op Weigh in Today
I had my hospital pre-ops and my final weigh in with my doctor this morning. My surgery is Monday and I was 3 pounds under pre-surgery goal weight this morning. I'm so excited that it's finally here but I'm also nervous and wondering what my new life is going to be like. I actually don't dread going to the gym now and I can jog up the 2 flights of steps to my office now and still be able to talk when I get there! It's awesome to know what just a little bit can do and to realize that I'm just starting! Have decided on my new tattoo for after weight loss....it's a secret for now but it will be awesome! Thanks to everyone for the support and advise and best wishes to us all for continued success!
