How do YOU deal with HEAD HUNGER?
Water and distraction for me. When I stop and realize it IS head hunger (my tummy isn't grumbling and I've eaten on schedule) then I have a nice drink of water and go do something/anything that removes me from my current surroundings for 10-15 minutes. By then the feeling has passed. I'm still on pre-op diet (surgery Monday) but it has worked great for me and I did my final weigh in this morning at 3 pounds below pre-surgery goal!
