Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Sunday
Happy Sunday! I'm finally back to 180 today, hopefully next week will see me firmly in the 170s so I can stop the liquids before dinner I've been doing to reset my brain. It's scary and eye opening to me that I was able to get off track these last few months, but I feel super great that I seem to have gotten myself back on track. Finally.
1: frankenshake
2: protein shake
3: loaded egg salad
liquid and vites: on track

How about you?

First weekend as an "empty-nester." Just made brownies for a care package. My husband had one, just to make sure they came out OK, and the rest went right into the box & sealed for mailing. I got to lick the spoon.
