good afternoon everyone

I'm doing great I'm feeling pretty good considering I just had major surgery.  I'm not sure what I was expecting as far as pain goes I don't feel like i have pain at all.  I'm excited to advance my diet where i can have what ever but not it too much of a hurry.  Thanks for thinking of me on your way through Grand Rapids I feel privileged your on vacation and thinking of me.  Thanks
