Happy weekend!  

1: frankenshake
1.1: slice of coffee cake from farmers market
2: protein shake
3: grilled fajitas!  (I'll be eating flank steak and some veg.)  

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 45 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 30 min intermediate stretches for runners), 120 minutes yoga and essential oils class

Today I'm eating:

1. Premier Protein shake

2. 1 oz cheese and 2.5 ounces rotisserie chicken (finely chopped) with 1 teaspoon greek yogurt.

3. 5 ounces light peach yogurt

4. 3/4 cup chicken "tortilla" soup (just chicken soup with beans and a little bit of cheese - no actual tortillas) or a protein shake, depending on tummy integrity.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
