full food
has anyone experience this?
i notice that when i eat "bad foods" my restriction is super tight and i can only eat a tiny bit
but when i stick to veggies, fruit, basicially clean eating, i can eat a lot more and dont get full so quick.
Veggies and fruits are basically carbs and, for me, easy to eat. What happens when you eat dense protein like chicken, cow, etc?

What do you mean by "bad foods?" What is "clean eating?"
When eating dense protein, you should be able to eat only a small amount. Carbs (which we should stay away from), we can eat more of.
Veggies and fruit are good, but should be the bottom of the priority list, as in "a couple of bites after you've had all of your protein."

I have noticed this and that's why I quickly made the decision to avoid those foods like the plague. Keep the mentality that you need to eat to live not live to eat, as cliche as that sounds. Every bite you put in your mouth needs to be considered. I dabbled in trying chips, mashed potatoes and ice cream and when I realized a. they do nothing for me nutritionally and are empty calories and b. that's why I got here in the first place I vowed to not give in. Go for protein first. You will feel full quicker and stay full longer.

yes i totaly agree. my diet goes to shyt when i get stressed and i need to get a better handle on that.
A single small bite of bread or potato made me super uncomfortable, so I only tried it once. I find that shrimp, ground beef and eggs sit 'heavy' in my stomach, but flaky fish, steak and chicken don't give me the same feeling.
