Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday
I think I eat more then most of you! Still losing though, so I am not overly concerned
B: Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt
L: Cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes
D: 90% lean burger with light swiss cheese, corn on the cob (about 3/4 of a cob - too full to finish)
Snacks: Fit Frappe Chai protein drink X 2, sliced beets
Exercise: 60 min. walking @ 4 mph this morning and 30 min. of the same tonight
Water: a little short on water today.
