I survived Wednesday and now it's Thursday, a day of appointments for me.  I went to the dentist this morning and later today I've got my PCP and therapy.  I REALLY need therapy today.  I'm feeling really screwed up about my dad right now and I can't even rant to anyone about it because I wouldn't know how to begin.  It's a crummy way to feel.

1: frankenshake
2: protein shake
2.1: cheese if necessary
3: leftover night!  No idea what I'll have, I'm hoping there's still grilled chicken caprese salad in the fridge.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: some amount of yoga at some point

How about you?

It's hard having issues, especially with family.  I hope you can begin to sort things through.  Glad you have someone to talk with about this.  Take care.

Gwen, your meals are a great example of what to eat when your day is falling apart. You could have eaten junk. You didn't. You stuck to the plan. Good for you!

My day:

B:1/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts

L: Scrambled egg, sauteed mushrooms, sweet potato

D: Chicken breast, sauteed mushrooms, sweet potato

W&V: On track

E: Breathing

(Not the best day for me, either. I have laryngitis, asthma, and a bad cough.)
