After i stop eating for minuutes i have the feerling that i over ate. I am 20 days post op and i am facing this problem. I am nervous i dont want to make the sleeve bigger
any help plz

It is imperative that you measure everything you eat and only eat what you've measured. Right now your nerves are still healing, so your sense of restriction won't kick in yet. Restriction also doesn't kick in until you're eating dense foods and chances are you're still eating slider type foods at 20 days post op.
Measure your food before eating, do NOT try to eat until you feel full.

STOP STUFFING IT IN! STOP CHASING THE "FULL" FEELING!
All you will accomplish is sabotaging your weight loss, and possibly doing serious damage to your innards.
You know what happens when you eat too much. Figure out why you keep doing it over and over again. If you don't, you had surgery for nothing.

Hay.
The nerves in your stomach have been cut. You won't feel the restriction for awhile.
Do not wait until you feel full to stop eating at this point. Carefully measure out your food and eat only that. If you overeat now, you risk complications while your stomach is still healing.

125 grams is 4.5 ounces which seems like a lot this early out. I was doing 2-3 ounces.

From "Ultimate Gastric Sleeve Success" by Duc Vuong, M.D.:
After weight loss surgery, you won't feel "Thanksgiving full" anymore. Before having surgery, most patients expect to feel like they just had second helpings of a big turkey dinner after every meal, but that is just not the case. ... But why would you want that feeling after every meal? I compare it to when you, a busy and stressed-out person, imagine how wonderful it would be to be able to stay in bed all day. But having taken care of people who are bed-bound, I will tell you that bed confinement gets really old really fast. I imagine experiencing that heavy fullness after every single meal would get old even faster! Instead, your meals should leave you feeling satisfied and energized.
Don't be disappointed if you don't have a signal or haven't recognized it yet [recognizing fullness]. It is so much more important to learn the feeling of SATIETY. It is OK to be satisfied....Stop eating when you are satisfied, not stuffed. This is often the most difficult part of many patients, many of whom do not know what it means to be satisfied. If you eat regular meals, you have no reason to become stuffed, because you'll eat again in a few hours.
Overeating is often a way to compensate for going far too long between meals. .... Since the writing of my last book, here is one stance I've become more dogmatic about: It's not natural to be full. It's natural to be hungry. But Americans ALWAYS want to feel full and NEVER want to be hungry....it's natural for our bodies to get hungry (it's our way of knowing it's time for nourishment) and it is unnatural for us to feel full all of the time.
