Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Wednesday

Wednesday is the day of the week I always dread and just really look forward to getting through.  Which is strange, because I like everything I do on Wednesdays.. I think I'm just out of the habit of working with my personal trainer so it's become something to dread in my mind.  I also started physical therapy yesterday and my physical therapist gave me orders to have my personal trainer lay off my hips.  Sigh.  And my hip hurts from being mauled at physical therapy.  Blargh.  

1: frankenshake
2: protein shake
2.1: cheese if necessary
3: oven/grilled chicken like my Norwegian MIL does it - recipe link is for method, not marinade, grilled eggplant with tahini sauce, crustless zucchini pie (I'll be having a bite of each of the sides.)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga class, 60 minutes relaxation class, 60 minutes personal training

I'm messed up today! I was thinking it was Tuesday!

I'm going to check out your zucchini pie recipe! I have a ton from the garden I need to use.

E - Non tonight. I had a varicose vein procedure done yesterday!

I love zucchini!  But, thankfully, I suck at gardening so I don't have it coming out of my ears. ;)  I just buy it at the farmers market every week and then have to figure out how the heck to use it.  I haven't tried the recipe yet, so I can't vouch for it!

Having a stall in my weight the last two weeks. Trying to not let food be the enemy

L: Slow-cooker chicken, sweet potato, mushrooms w/onions and oregano

D: Provolone cheese, mushrooms w/onions and oregano

W&V: Done

E: Have bronchitis, so no exercise (not that I've been doing well in that area before!)

I had VSG on 8/4, so each day is the same;  tons of water and 3-4 protein shakes a day.  Will continue this routine until next Thursday, when I can add in puréed foods.  

 

I can't wait to be able to use a spoon. 😍
