Happy Tuesday!  

I start physical therapy for my hip today.  I've got high hopes that it'll get me back running, so fingers crossed!  

1: frankenshake
2: protein shake
3: black bean chili (with almost the last of the leftovers from the Chipotle catering extravaganza in May)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain), 60 minutes yoga class, 60 minutes physical therapy for right hip

L: TBD. Going to lunch with my son somewhere I have never been before. 

D: Chicken Asada and a veggie that I haven't determined yet

S: Trying to avoid them but I may do a baby bel or jerky if hungry

b- low sodium turkey sausage 2.5 oz

l- okra and tomatoes and cheese stick

d- hamburger with 1/2 bun; string fries 2ozs

water and vits all good

exercise - all Fitbit and stairs at work
