This weekend I went to a convention with some people I've know for at least 20 years (I'll be 37 tomorrow) but many of whom I haven't seen in a few years.  It was AWESOME because a whole bunch of people didn't recognize me!  I had one gentleman (a friend who I rented a room from my senior year of college) who was asking people if I had a sister, because he knew I looked like me, but thought it wasn't me!  I had at least 10 people tell me they didn't recognize me.  It was so fun!

That's great! That's a great illustration of how much you've changed!

Funny, though, it almost always annoyed me that people didn't recognize me. I'm not sure why, but it sort of did.

I had that experience recently with family that I hadn't seen since before my surgery and it was awesome.  They actually did not recognize me!  Congrats on your success!
