Drive By Posting - Plastic Surgery Progress Photos from Rounds 1 & 2!
It seems to be a theme lately that every time I come to post the message boards, I start by saying... "it's been awhile since I posted" *sigh*... life has just been so busy (in a good way) and lots of changes in my life (that I'll share soon) have been keeping me from being active here or on my blog! I realize at this point there are a lot of new people on the boards here that don't even know who I am!
But, I did want to take a moment and take new pictures of my progress from plastic surgery. Last September, I had a lower body lift, extended arm lift, and breast lift. At the end of May, I had a revision to the lower body lift, and an inner thigh lift. I haven't updated my blog with pictures in awhile because to be honest, taking the pictures, preparing them, and posting them is time consuming! BUT, in the event that anybody is interested or finds the progress photos helpful, I wanted to take the time tonight to share!
So, if you're interested in checking them out, my update post can be found here. At the bottom of the post is a link to the pictures, just use the password capella2014
Let me know if you have any questions! I miss you all!

Thank you!! I am VERY happy with how the scar are fading... very pleasantly surprised! So glad I went through with both surgeries. Thanks for all of the support!

I have not used anything previously to minimize scarring; however, I week ago, I started using silicon gel strips on a portion of my inner thigh scars. My surgeon said he thought they may help a bit, but they are expensive, so I am only trying them out for 12 weeks on the seven inches (that's how long the bandage is) from my knee up my thigh. If it actually works, then I would definitely pay money for more... but I didn't want to use it everywhere if there is no reason!

I am very happy with how everything is settling! When things started to loosen when I was healing and the incisions laid flat, I did notice more cellulite and all that fun stuff. I think it could still be improved though through hard work in the gym!
