Finally home for more than a few days in a row. I'm not going anywhere again until the 24th! Which means I've got time to really get my brain back in gear, something that's been sorely missing for the past few months.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: unclear since my classes were cancelled. I'll probably do some yoga or take a walk.

exercise: 45 minutes jogging, 25 minutes HIIT
