Finally home for more than a few days in a row.  I'm not going anywhere again until the 24th!  Which means I've got time to really get my brain back in gear, something that's been sorely missing for the past few months.  

1: frankenshake
2: protein shake
3: prime rib, horseradish sauce, green beans, caesar salad

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: unclear since my classes were cancelled.  I'll probably do some yoga or take a walk.

breakast: chipotle steak, wilted garlic spinach

lunch: chicken breast w/ sriracha, green beans

dinner: ranch tuna salad baked w/ a poached egg on top, brussels sprouts

after dinner: rosemary walnuts & figs

exercise: 45 minutes jogging, 25 minutes HIIT

water & vitamins: on track

L - 3oz leftover shredded chicken breast with 1 tbsp artichoke jalapeno cheese dip

D - half a jalapeno sausage link and some green beans cooked with prosciutto and onions

W - done

Vits - done

E - nothing other than a brutal day at work
