Husband sleeping in bed with me
How soon after surgery did your spouse come back to bed with you (assuming they left to give you room to stretch out)? I'm trying to convince my husband that, at a week out, he can come back to bed and I'll be fine, but he's worried he's going to roll over and accidentally jostle me or smack me in the stomach or something.

UPDATE: Hubby slept in bed with me last night and it was totally fine. Thanks for all of your answers!

I slept on the couch the first two nights home, then went back to bed. It was never the thought of getting jostled or cramped in bed as much as it was being able to prop myself up easier on the couch.
I slept alone in a recliner for two nights, then went back to bed with my partner. Never an issue.
